Project is 26% complete and no delays are expected.
There was minimal erosion reported after the last big rain storm.
They are planning the compaction tests for the site wherever there will be paving.
They have noted that the 50th Fall Foliage Day is coming up and that the Town would like the site to look as good as possible.
They are planning to seed some areas by Oct 15th.
Pancake House:
The windows are still being worked on.
They will be doing the framing for the new ones and then installing them. They are also going to be installing the exterior doors and some vinyl siding. They are discussing where the mailbox will be.
Lauzon House:
The rough framing is 100% complete and the sprinkler system has been tested and is ready for inspection. The roofing is 90% complete.
General Store:
The porch plans were approved, and moldings are going up on the ell. The chimney has been designed to support the brick above the roofline.

Goodine Library:
The excavation of the existing foundation at the Goodine Library is completed; they are beginning to talk about the color of the paint for the outside of the building. They are also discussing the plan for the material for the flooring in the library on the first level.
They are talking about standing seam roofing for the porch.
