Leonard called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM.

Budgets were reviewed starting with AC (animal control) and continuing down through the list ending with a subtotal of $ 595,987.00. Budget changed to $ 597,222.00 to reflect VLCT dues. Budget list attached. Budgeting will continue until the January 10^th Selectboard Meeting as not all budgets are in.

Meeting adjourned at 7:40 PM until January 10, 2006 at 7:00 PM.
