Cartographic was to be given to the Listers for their files?

Board, due to conflicts of interest.

been talk. Phillip has concerns about
leasing town property to Gilman Housing or anyone. There are many concerns about the parking from the beginning.
Warren: Gilman Housing had shown a
sketch for the parking at the Welch Block and it was to be paved and grassed
over and the parking hasn’t been resolved yet.

recommendations from the Groton Community Building advisory committee and award
the contract to SVA Associates. Debra
seconded the motion and Dave agreed.
The Cemetery Commission will be invited
to the next Selectboard meeting to discuss having the land purchased for the
cemetery surveyed and where the money will come from to pay to have this being
done.
Warren questioned if the Selectboard
had decided on anyone from the list of people for the building committee?
Debra: thought the committee was going
to make a recommendation.
Warren will come back to the next
meeting with recommendations.
Phillip: would like to make a change of
use in his pay check. Phillip would like to change the time he’d taken at the time of his father’s heart
attack from vacation time to sick time.
