Correspondence and Selectboard minutes were reviewed. Leonard made the motion to accept the June 8, 2006 minutes. Dave seconded the motion.

Jonathan: the emergency light bar has been disconnected on the FAST squad truck, as it isn’t working. Jonathan: would like to check into replacing the light bar.

Three prices need to be obtained if it’s over five hundred dollars ($500.00) and then get an approved purchase order.

Dave: have you or anyone brought in run reports?

Jonathan: working on a report form but couldn’t print it out until we get printer cartridges.

Roberta: the printer cartridges came in today.

Fred Braman: Brought in a survey on his land showing the tax map is in error and questioned about getting the tax map and his land description corrected before the tax bills come out and also questioned what could be done about last year’s tax bill?  When the survey is brought in a copy will be given to the listers.  As far as last year’s taxes, don’t believe they need to be refunded.

Fred Braman: disagrees with the Selectboard decision concerning the improvement request for the Hi Goodwin Road.

Selectboard feels that the class 4 roads that have full time or part time people living on them need to be brought up to minimum standards first. Roads with residents should be fixed first so that emergency vehicles could respond there if necessary.

Fred Braman: they put a large amount of money into BMU and don’t get anything and feel that they should get some work done to the road.

Wayne Dyer explained the letter he sent to the neighbors of Seyon regarding their letter appealing Bill Putnam’s letter.

Debra: the Cemetery Commission has $500.00 set aside for work to be done on the new Cemetery but until things are cleared up on the right of way the money can be used towards the survey.

Roberta: explained there are several bank accounts for the cemetery.

Debra: questioned if Roberta could e-mail her with the information?  Roberta said yes.

Linda: would like to purchase a two drawer file cabinet to use for zoning permits.

Selectboard gave their ok to purchase one.

Roberta: hope to be able to present a suggested municipal tax rate at the next Selectboard meeting.

Roberta: might have to borrow money next week.

Roberta: explained income/expense report and how the taxes are figured.
