Leonard called the meeting to order at 11:30 AM.

Road Issues

Dave: The Selectboard, Road Commissioner and the Town Attorney met to discuss road and right of way issues. Leonard stepped back as a Selectboard member during the meeting concerning the uncertainty of (if or when) the section off town highway 20 might have been a road. Leonard as a land owner has written up a petition to have the Selectboard have the road (if it is or was) thrown up.

Dave explained about setting a time and date to look at the issue and to set up a hearing.

Martin and Kathy Guay said it was never a road. Dave made the motion to start the throwing up process of the spur off of town highway 20 to clarify things. Debra seconded the motion. Hearing will be set for November 14 at 7:00 pm. They will walk the area at 2:00pm.

Debra made the motion to adjourn; Dave seconded the motion.

Meeting adjourned at 1:00 PM.
