Leonard called the meeting to order at 6:40 PM.

Motion by Leonard Doscinski and seconded by Dave Spencer to go into executive session for the purpose of personnel evaluations. Executive session was entered at 6:42 pm.

Motion by Dave Spencer and seconded by Leonard Doscinski to exit executive session at 7:10 pm.

No action taken.

Leonard made the motion to adjourn; Dave seconded the motion.

Meeting adjourned at 7:12 pm. PM.
