for them.
Roberta: this invoice came today (July
12th) and it contains other items on the invoice.
Dave will contact Laurie Blood
concerning the invoice.
Dave: would like to use the radar cart
more often as it seems to remind people of their speed limits.
Dave: Jim do you feel there are enough
speed limits signs out?
Jim: yes, I feel there are sufficient
signs but did wonder about having some signs reading Radar enforcement ahead to
add in some places.
Brent: what is the deal with the
Sheriff surveillance?
Jim: they just drive through the State
Forest.
Does the State have a contract with the
Sheriff’s Department?
Debra: we will contact the State with
this question?
Brent: would like to see the use of the
radar cart plus having Jim down the road a short ways with his radar system set
up.
Leonard: I would like to get the radar
cart down here as often as possible.
Brent: some roads are washed. The Pound
Road washed for one.
I have ordered the culvert for Harrv
Orr Road so we can get the larger equipment in to do this along with doing some
work on Harry Chandler’s road.
Matthew Puffer is doing work on the
Coldwater Brook project.
Robert Farquharson will be working on
Harry Chandler’s road.
Terry Dana will be working on Boulder
Beach Road project.
The Town of Groton is working with the
State on Boulder Beach Road.
Brent: We told the engineer to dig
across the road for their new water line and will check to see if they can put in
a sleeve.
Shawna was questioning about storm
damage from the storm on Wednesday. Our damage happened last night.
Brent: I am working on putting dollar
figures together.
Brent: We are working with the Town of
Topsham Highway on contractors for putting the sandpit work out to bid.
Brent: Topsham has two days of work for
us as a trade off for the plowing.
Dave: Brent dug test pits and found
three fuel tanks on the town property near the Frost building Ross Environmental
will be contacted. We didn’t smell anything.
Pulling these will be done at the same time as the two fuel tanks at the

setting up a charge account with Tractor supply?
Leonard: set up the account but
purchase orders will need to be approved before purchases.
